Every vintage year has different nuances and smells, but in our wines you will always find the strong appeal of red berries and the more intense and well-known balsamic notes.
Rosso Isola dei Nuraghi
Baja is the traditional red wine of the Mura winery. It is produced by cultivating two native Sardinian vines. After vinification, the wine is refined in French oak barrels and vats. Only a limited number of bottles is produced.

Food pairing notes
The red wines of the Mura winery are always characterised by good flavour persistence. Both meats and cheeses complement them extremely well.
The correct maceration process including the skins always makes the wine stylish with just the right amount of tannin.
Our wines follow a very simple oenological process based on ancient techniques, like a more delicate extraction of the best skins.
